    Hand Wash Cold (30°C) 

    Rinse your water bladder well once you’re finished using it, then leave it open to air dry fully. Placing a kitchen whisk inside can help keep the bladder expanded so the interior dries properly. For the tube, disconnect it and store it in the freezer between uses to stop bacteria and residue from forming.

    HOW DO I DRINK OUT OF THE BOTTLE?

    To drink, simply press the valve gently with your teeth and draw water through it — there’s no need to open or remove anything.

    HOW DO I CLEAN THE BOTTLE?

    The rubber bite valve can be removed, allowing you to clean inside the cap and eliminate any buildup. After routine use, a simple rinse followed by complete air drying is enough to keep the bottles fresh. If deeper cleaning is needed, baby bottle sterilising tablets are a convenient solution. To prevent bacteria between uses, keep the lids in the freezer. While the bottles and lids can go in the dishwasher, hand washing is recommended to avoid heat damage to the seals over time.
