    Once your order is placed, our team will verify the details and begin processing your order. We typically prepare and package the product for shipment within 1-2 business days after receiving your initial payment, if it is made between Monday to Friday. If you make a purchase on the weekend, please note that we will process your order starting the following working day. 

    UK Free delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 days after being dispatched. Efforts are made to shorten this delivery time whenever possible. 

    Non-UK delivery - 5-10 working days. We exclusively use tracked and signed services to ensure that your product is securely delivered and received in perfect condition

    Please note that these delivery times may be affected by factors such as holidays, weekends, and unforeseen events (e.g., extreme weather). It is always best to check with the specific retailer or service provider for the most accurate and up-to-date delivery information.

As all orders are shipped directly from the UK, you may be susceptible to customs fees. Customs fees will be charged upon the package reaching the destination country. 

You as the customer, are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.

The grand total of your order as displayed on the checkout does not include any additional duties required unless otherwise stated. The carrier will inform you of any additional duties if required. 

TRUESTRAP has no control over customs and import tax and we can't tell you exactly how much you will be charged as customs and import tax varies widely depending on the country you are situated in.

Refusing to Pay Customs

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Truestrap, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
