REFUNDS
If you return an item within 14 days of the product being delivered to you, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.
To initiate this process, please email info@truesourceuk.com. The email should contain your order number and the reason/s for your return. We aim to refund you within 14 days of having received the
returned item.
Our team will be in contact with you to guide you through the returns process and ensure your parcel gets back to us safely.
We can understand and appreciate the time it takes to process a return so it is our goal to make this as simple as possible. There are a few reasons why your return may not be accepted so kindly review the following before returning our product to us:
- The Product must be returned in the same condition it was delivered.
-The Product should not have any missing parts(eg Retractable Reels)
- There are no alterations to the product and no marks or signs of wear and tear.
- We expect our customers to track all returns as we are not responsible for any lost products being delivered back to us. Once we receive the product, a confirmation email will be sent out.
